What is the refund policy?

Due to the intimate nature of the event, all ticket sales are final. However, tickets can be transferred to another participant if you’re unable to attend. You will be responsible for finding your replacement.

How many people will attend?

This is an intimate event with limited spots to ensure personalized attention and a high-vibe environment. There will be 10 in-house participants and 5 day pass attendees, with only 3 VIP spots available.

Will I have a private room?

All VIP ticketholders will have private rooms. General Admission retreat tickets will be given a private bed in a room of two.

What if I want to bring a business partner or team member?

What's the schedule?

The event will kick off Friday afternoon with the first session from 3pm-7pm. Saturday we will begin at 9am and end around 6pm for local pass attendees. Those staying in the home will have access to additional integration experiences, meditations, and conversations post-event times.

When will I receive the itinerary?

You will receive many more details including the itinerary as we lead up to the event. You will have plenty of notice to plan accordingly and details will be released throughout March 2025.

Can dietary accommodations be made?

Absolutely! Meals will be gluten-free and health-focused. However, we will contact you before the event to confirm your dietary needs.
